Artist Relations
SKB HQ
Job Description:
The Artist Relations / Accommodations Coordinator is the main point of contact for SKB partners (endorsees, artists, pro staff, etc.) and is responsible for providing dedicated and timely customer service and support. Duties include:
- Answering customer queries via phone, email, and in person if necessary.
- Providing product recommendations and entering orders.
- Coordinating with sales, production, and the warehouse to provide accurate lead times and timely deliveries to partners.
- Maintaining the accommodations program database and working with marketing and sales to leverage assets
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office and/or Google suite of products (Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently within role and with a team
- Excellent multitasking and analytical skills
- Education/experience in communications, marketing, or relevant field preferred but not required
- Knowledge of gear needs for any of our respective markets (music, sports/hunting, photography, military, etc.) is a bonus

General Line Assembly and/or Packer

Job Description:
Employee will be responsible for working on our manufacturing assembly line, receiving and installing cases components, and/or packaging finished products.
No experience necessary; we will provide training
1st shift available (7:00am – 3:30pm)
2nd shift available (3:30pm – 12:00am)
Overtime available
